Previously she held the same position for an international trust group based out of Singapore and provided corporate services and administration to Singapore and offshore companies that included entities incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Seychelles and others. Michelle has 8 years experience in the corporate industry and is responsible for the incorporation and management of companies in Singapore, BVI, Cayman and the Seychelles. She is based in the Singapore office and is a qualified chartered secretary and acts as a company secretary for Singapore companies.
